Terms of service.
Client Health & Allergies
For the safety and comfort of all clients, it is the client’s responsibility to disclose any allergies, sensitivities, skin conditions, or adverse reactions related to makeup products, skincare, fragrances, or ingredients prior to the appointment.
Allergy and sensitivity information is discussed during the consultation. By proceeding with the booking, the client confirms that all relevant information has been fully and accurately disclosed.
Divìn Artistry is not responsible for reactions, breakouts, or irritation resulting from undisclosed, incomplete, or inaccurate information provided by the client.
Consultations & Service Details
All bridal and creative event services require a consultation prior to the appointment to ensure a seamless experience and a clear understanding of the client’s vision and expectations.
Consultations may take place via phone call or written communication, including text messages.
Traditional (standard) services require clear communication between both parties; consultations for these services are optional at the client’s discretion.
Bridal and creative event services are not guaranteed and are not considered confirmed unless a signed agreement has been received and the required deposit has been paid.
During the consultation, important details including service location, start time, travel fees, allergies or sensitivities, and specific service needs are discussed and confirmed. By booking, the client acknowledges that they understand and agree to the details discussed and that all information provided is accurate and complete.
Booking & Payment
A non-refundable deposit of 60% is required to secure all bookings unless full payment is made at the time of booking.
The remaining balance is due prior to the start of the appointment. Invoices are issued for all payments.
If the remaining balance is not paid by the specified due date, it will be automatically charged to the payment method on file.
While Divìn Artistry will always make reasonable efforts to ensure client satisfaction, all payments are non-refundable.
Bridal Services
A signed bridal agreement is required for all bridal bookings.
A 60% non-refundable deposit is required to secure the wedding date.
The remaining balance is due no later than four (4) weeks prior to the wedding date.
Bridal services booked within four (4) weeks of the wedding date require full payment at the time of booking.
Bridal Trial Appointments
Bridal trial appointments are offered at a rate of $150 and are considered standalone services.
Completion of a bridal trial does not guarantee a future booking, availability of the wedding date, or confirmation of wedding-day services.
A bridal agreement is not required for bridal trial appointments. As such, bridal trials fall under Divìn Artistry’s standard service policies, including booking, payment, cancellation, and rescheduling terms.
A bridal agreement is only required once the client has confirmed their intent to move forward with wedding-day services. At that time, the wedding date is officially held upon receipt of a 60% non-refundable deposit or full payment, and a signed bridal agreement is required.
Outside of this confirmation process, a bridal agreement is not required.
Wedding Party Services Clarification
Bridesmaid, wedding-party, or guest services that are booked and paid for individually, and are not included under a signed bridal agreement, are considered standard services.
These services are subject to Divìn Artistry’s standard booking, payment, cancellation, and rescheduling policies, regardless of the event they are associated with.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be submitted at least 48 hours in advance for standard services and four (4) weeks in advance for bridal services.
Deposits are non-refundable.
In the event of an emergency or unforeseen circumstance, Divìn Artistry will make every reasonable effort to accommodate rescheduling; however, availability is not guaranteed.
Late Arrivals
Timeliness is essential to maintaining a smooth and elevated experience.
Arrivals more than 15 minutes late may result in reduced service time.
No refunds will be issued for time lost due to late arrival.
Travel & Location
Divìn Artistry is a mobile makeup artistry team.
Travel fees may apply for locations outside the designated service area and are discussed and confirmed during the consultation or booking process.
Client Preparation & Workspace
The client agrees to provide a clean, safe, and well-lit workspace suitable for professional makeup application.
This includes access to a chair and adequate table or counter space for products.
Divìn Artistry reserves the right to modify or decline services if the workspace provided is unsafe or unsanitary.
Photography & Media Usage
Divìn Artistry may photograph or record the completed makeup look for portfolio, marketing, and promotional purposes.
Clients who prefer not to be photographed must notify the artist prior to the appointment.
Agreement Acknowledgement
By booking a service with Divìn Artistry, the client confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to all terms and conditions outlined above, and that all information provided is accurate and complete.
